“Lovely websiteand I find the fact that they deliver Nematodes F.O.C is great, BUT, I always have trouble with the website when it comes to checkout, despite allowing 3rd party cookies(which really annoys me) the wheel of doom goes round and round and won't process my payment. I have reported this fact to a very nice lady at G-N over the telephone, and she did say she would get IT to look at it, but I still have the problem. Also I have tried to clear my basket of an item I no longer need and it won't let me delete it. I do not like ordering over the telephone these days so I'm afraid further purchases are a no at the moment. Having said that, when I have managed to get an order through product arrives propmptly.”

“I bought 2 black bird netting frames that certainly do the job. The pigeons have been kept at bay and the crops are thriving. The frames were easy to put together if rather less robust than I had imagined and yet they do the job required so thank you. I shall consider buying a third for next year.”
