“I cannot fault the service & delivery of Nematodes and applicator, however the applicator fitting to my hose adaptor was a bit fiddly; worse either snails are getting clever and avoiding soil by approach via sticks, or there are resistant snails. My 3rd lot of fairly tall bean seedlings is reducing daily barely 3 leaves left now & I have removed snails each day- some affected but others looking good still! Any suggestions welcome, last year no problems with beans!”

“My product was due for 24 hour delivery. I telephoned after 48 hours and was told that they hadn't received it from the supplier, however they hadn't bothered to inform me the customer. When I complained I hadn't been informed they told me they have hundreds of customers - I'm sorry but that's not my problem. If you have more customers than you can handle then do something about it!”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. We do try our best to update all customers with any delays. Due to the nature of the nematodes being a live product, delivery can be a day or two either side of your selected date. I can see your delivery date was the 28th of May and we shipped this on the 30th on a next day service so hopefully you now have your order. Sorry for the slight delay. Kind regards

“I bought some slug nematodes for the first time as the little b******s have been devouring everything in my garden this year, even plants they usually ignore. They arrived on time so I followed the instructions to the letter and watered them in, waited a few days and planted a couple of dahlias with bated breath. I don't want to tempt fate but they've survived two damp nights without a nibble so hopefully that's the end of the slug saga.”
