“Following purchasing my materials from GN I was informed by them that their computer systems had been infiltrated and yes, you guessed it my credit card details had been stolen and attempts made to use it. GN assert they employ market-leading software to protect their customer's details, clearly this has failed. Fortunately, the credit card company had spotted the rogue transaction, cancelled the card and informed me of the issue - BEFORE GN had alerted me. Consequently, I now have no credit card until a new one can be issued, which is a major inconvenience. So beware before you give GN your details!”

“I must be very honest and explain I purchased my nematodes this year and haven't yet used them. BUT, I did purchase them last year and they were amazing. No little creatures eating summer salads.”

“Normally good, but this time, despite promising my nematodes in one or two days, they did not arrive for a week and a half. I work in other peoples gardens and lost two days work because I could not plant. Not happy”
