“I ordered a pack of Nematodes for the Leather Jacket infest I have. I was dissapointed to find the packet has been damaged in transit. I spoke with the sales team who very quickly arranged for a new packet to be sent out with no fuss. great Customer services and would definately use them again.”

I have telephoned to ask for assistance with ordering a vegetable farm and found them friendly, polite and patient ! The items are always sent promptly,well packaged and as described on their website or in their catalogue. I particularly like the company's ethos of trying to garden without harmful pesticides etc.”
