I would rate this lot zero if it was possible. Overall service I would say is modest could sense that when I was trying to get the best affordable deal for me that the representative just seemed to want me to pay more and was not interested in the best deal for me. I also want to be clear hear. This lot on 4 separate occasions after giving them my changed address managed to mess it up. I Called AIG today and found out not only could they not complete something as simple as a change of address but even after the 3 attempts in which they had to do so they still couldn't even get that right of which they provided AIG the wrong house number in which my new policy details are already on there way to. To state that I am enraged is an understatement and if they cannot get something as simple as address details right then I have to wonder what else did they get wrong? Not to be trusted if they cannot get the simplest of things right. Remember it is your loved ones futures you are putting into there hands!!
