“Both Amy & Mollie are a credit to the their profession both are very helpful, understanding and only have the customers best interests at the heart of what they do as Advisors. I like dealing with Future proof as they will discuss your situation and help to resolve even if it means doing nothing right now but review at a later time. I work within financial services myself and Future proof will not try the hard sell approach at all so be confident and consider Future proof for any financial advice and solutions.”

“Lewis is knowledgeable, polite and understood my requirements immediately. Whilst it took months for completion of the cover that was due to Royal London dotting the " i 's"and crossing the "t's". Overall 10/10.”

“I would rate this lot zero if it was possible. Overall service I would say is modest could sense that when I was trying to get the best affordable deal for me that the representative just seemed to want me to pay more and was not interested in the best deal for me. I also want to be clear hear. This lot on 4 separate occasions after giving them my changed address managed to mess it up. I Called AIG today and found out not only could they not complete something as simple as a change of address but even after the 3 attempts in which they had to do so they still couldn't even get that right of which they provided AIG the wrong house number in which my new policy details are already on there way to. To state that I am enraged is an understatement and if they cannot get something as simple as address details right then I have to wonder what else did they get wrong? Not to be trusted if they cannot get the simplest of things right. Remember it is your loved ones futures you are putting into there hands!!”

We take any negative experiences to heart and sincerely apologise for the error with your address, which in itself provides us with valuable insight and something we can improve. It is great to receive so many positive reviews, but it is how we react to less than perfect customer outcomes such as yours, that we can learn from. I understand the address error is frustrating and has provoked your reaction, so when I called to discuss the advice and the policy provided I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the actual policy and the process in setting it up (barring the address fiasco!), although you would still like to review the detail. I have previously furnished you with the policy key features and comparisons with other products so you can fully understand why we recommended the product you have taken out. If you have any queries on this I will be only too pleased to discuss them with you.

“Even though I arranged cover a few years back, the team occasionally check to ensure that my circumstances haven't changed and I have the cover that I need. I'm a really busy man and these are the kind of things you forget to check in on so I'm grateful that now that I am married, I feel suitably covered now to provide for myself and my loved ones in the future. Very personal service touch.”

“My overall feed back is very positive from my experience in setting up a new policy.
