“Future proof took over an existing policy. It transpired that the original policy was not guaranteed to be honoured due to an administration error made by the original company I had used. Future proof liaised closely and extremely proficiently with AIG life to resolve the issue and now I am confident knowing the policy is correct. They have been professional throughout and kept me informed regularly of the progress ! I would have no hesitation in recommending them, or indeed using them for any future needs I may have.”
