“I recently decided to change the Life Insurance I had, mainly because it was cover only until I am aged 80 years. As I am now 72 years old it seemed to be coming up to 80 years very very quickly!! I contacted my current agents Future Proof Insurance and explained what it was that I needed. I had been with this company for seven years at this point. This was dealt with by one of their representative's called Amy. I cannot stress enough how well I was treated during the whole process of cancelling my current policy and taking out another (in fact I took out two separate ones). I never once felt as if I was being put under any kind of sales pressure. What I did feel was that Amy was determined to get me exactly the Insurance cover I required. She was friendly, yet extremely professional in her attitude, and indeed ensured that I fully understood putting my insurance cover 'In Trust' documents. Also explaining the procedure the whole time through. All questions I asked were answered immediately and finally I felt confident that I was doing the right thing for my family. I would certainly recommend this Company as the one to deal with if you need Life Insurance Cover.”

“After sending forms back twice getting them signed and sent back months later I find out my policy has never been put in trust to my son this will be the third time filling all these forms and signed them also witnessed by someone it's still not in trust hence them having to come out for the third time not impressed”

“I have finally found a Company that I can trust. Thanks to Amy who was extremely patient, friendly and yet professional in every way. I can confirm that I was happy if I was told that Amy would respond to my enquiry as soon as she could. And she always did!! Everything was explained to me carefully and I never once felt as if I was being pushed into buying 'their' Life Insurance. Indeed I knew that it was the one thing I did need. I can honestly recommend this Company who I felt gave me 100% time and attention.”
