“Visited the Guildford branch on 22-6-24 not knowing very much about e bikes. Had a booking with Chris who was excellent, found out what we wanted the bikes for and made some recommendations. We had some test rides. Went back three days later and bought two bikes with some accessories. We are confident we have exactly what will suit our needs thanks to the help and advice from Chris. The shop and bikes are extremely well presented. We highly recommend this branch.”
“Appalling service after bike purchased. Eventually bike couriered to me, but had to cut seatpost myself. The bike was not checked properly at the 6 week check. I took it to another R&M dealer who found one brake needed bleeding ( I had pointed this out at the check but was partially working). I had been asked if I would like to change the angle on the handlebars- I agreed to discuss when collecting the bike- but the mechanic present on that day didn’t know how to do it.
The rear wheel had not been fully secured after tyre change and the tension on the gear band was incorrect. With a poorly secured wheel and a non functioning brake…..this is a very poor level of service”

Their knowledge and range of e-bikes is second to none. The staff are experts in the space, super kind and beyond helpful.
Really impressive show room, that even has a child area where my kids could keep entertained whilst we discussed the ideal bike for me. It’s the little details that count and fully charged are brilliant. Will certainly be back and couldn’t recommend them higher.

“I bought a RM Charger 4 and owned for 5 weeks now and seems to be a near perfect purchase. For my intended use for purchasing, I should have probably opted for the Homage as Tristan (Silverstone) suggested. I’ll be back at Fully Charge by the year end to upgrade to Homage (Sooner if my bank allows it). From Test riding through to Delivery, Tristen has been exceptional: friendly; informative, and trustworthy. I highly recommend giving the business a visit and going on to purchasing a E-bike. I have barely been in a car since for personal travel, despite winter floods, driving rain and freezing wind. With the carry capacity of the panniers to the comfort/reliability of the bike I don't ever want to be a car owner again.”

“I purchased a Nearly new bike, still well over £2000.00p It's been used as a demo bike. But I was a little disappointed that it came not cleaned, and bits of sticky plastic stuck to the front forks. also, the battery was all but flat. Apart from that, the phone staff were clear and friendly, the delivery was good and the bike is in good condition. Just a little disappointed on arrival as it was a present for my wife.”
