“I’m only one week in to owning the Samedi 28.7 but I’ve used it daily and I have to admit first impressions are a thumbs up, it has far exceeded my expectations, truly a great bike. Build quality and equipment are excellent, I ride quite a lot of gravel paths some parts a bit tougher than other and it soaks up the bump with ease. On the road it’s a delight to ride, ergonomically it is comfortable and you can soak up the miles with ease. “I purchased a Riese & Muller Nevo 3, in 2022, the bike is great and I use about twice a week to ride 40 miles. The rear spokes started to snap and I had to bring my bike in for a service and repair, the customer service is great, I firstly met with Bryan, who was informative and helpful, I also booked the bike for a service and wanted to purchase a front bike rack and bike bag, both which was not available on the website, Bryan and Mikey (the mechanic) were able to locate them from their stockroom, which I was grateful for. The repair and service only took 1 day it was ready the following date I dropped it off. (They contacted me before the repair to speak about options and suggestions).
Fully Charge nearest store is 11 miles away (Tooley Street), but the service and communication is top rate, this I can honestly say has improved over the two years I have been a customer.
