“Hello my name is Andre Cain, I purchased my white gold chain-Mens Hollow Miami Cuban Link 10k White Gold-26ins/6.8MM/WHITE on 06/14/21 it is now 09/10/21 three months since I had this chian it has been with them more then me, the chain had to be repaired two times and the first time they didn't even repair the chain right. I called them and complain about how one of the clips on the left was a different size than the other one, instead of replacing the catch they changed the clip. The second time the chain link broke at the catch. At this time I had it I paid over $2000.00 for something that was not worth it, Frost NYC will get over on you with the 15 day warranty even if the product is worthless I hope they enjoy that money because I'm going too let everyone know under NO CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T USE THEM AND THEY LOST I CUSTOMER.”
“I purchased this "authentic" Rolex for my husband for Christmas. He thought the face was too small, so I tried to return with their return policy and they told me they couldn't do it, even for the restocking fee as advertised. So, I've been trying to sell on eBay to no avail. I took to a local jeweler who sells Rolex and he informed me that jubilee diamond band was not set by Rolex as they do not set the diamonds like that and also said that there is a serial number in an odd location that is not consistent with authentic Rolex and believe this is a fake Rolex. Because of this, he would not purchase it. I attempted to resolve with FrostNYC and once again, they told me to pound sand. So, they sold me a fake Rolex, didn't honor their restocking policy at the time, and when I explained it was a fake they didn't deny it just said "sorry we can't take it back."”

“Bought a solid gold rope chain and cross for my husband. The original cross I wanted wasn't available and someone from sales dept contacted me immediately and worked with me to find one that was similar that I loved. The rope chain is very nice however, it came slightly kinked (I wAs able to unkink it) but I think it was because of the packaging. They sent it in a velvet drawstring bag. If it was packaged better I think it would have been perfect! That's why I gave 4out if 5.”
