“It was easy to change my tariff for both gas and electricity. I contacted Free Price Compare by telephone as I thought the price was too good to be true on their easy to use website. They were very helpful on the phone and did not try to convince me to change to their company. I did some more checking and the next day I changed both my gas and electricity to Free Price Compare. I will us this company again and I have recommended them to friends and family.”

“I entered my annual power figures and within seconds found that my own supplier was offering a 14 month fix that was £277 cheaper which I accepted. Within 48 hours the supplier emailed me the new contract. Well done Free Price Compare”

“Very pleased with the service provided, however, the follow-up from my new chosen supplier has been abismal. I have had to make two (long) phone calls and although they assure me that my supply has been transfered, I have nothing in writing from them.”
