“Really really impressed with the service provided. Bhavik was absolutely brilliant. He answered my many on going questions with a huge amount of patience! “We were particularly unusual with our request to insure our double-decker bus to be used as a respite for veterans. From the moment of interaction, with the guys at Forum Insurance, we knew we were in safe hands, and we had every confidence that they would return to us. Having been let down by numerous other insurers who just couldn't be bothered to take the time. Forum Insurance is flexible, approachable, and most importantly they listen and care. This was a great priority for us and Forum Insurance, put our minds at ease so we could take our project to its next level. Minds at War is extremely grateful, and if you would ever like to come and visit "The Battle Bus" in Watofrd there will always be a warm welcome for you. A definte 5-star service form us.”

“I got my Landlord’s Insurance for my HMO property through Forum Insurance. Charlie G was great throughout the process. That is kind of expected when taking out insurance. But the best bit is when I had a problem with broken windows caused by problem tenant, I wasn’t sure where to start. I immediately called Charlie asking for guidance on whether or not I was able to make a claim and how to make a claim. Charlie sprung into action liaising with the claims team of the insurers directly and assisted with every detail of the process. The best part is from start of claim to settlement, took less than 2 weeks. That is what I call triple A star service.”

“I contacted Forum recently due to an oversight in renewing a Policy - Sameer Ukaye was very helpful and provided quick and efficient advice, calling me back promptly with a renewal quotation and then proceeding to arrange for the policy to go on risk immediately - a very good service was provided and I would recommend Forum.”

“Technically I found Forum efficient and helpful in connection with my recent house & contents insurance renewal, but not as prompt in replying as previously, and I still await my policy documents etc following my payment of the renewal premium on 20 November.”
