“Steve advised me that he would look into a burglary claim that we have and even after sending him an email twice we have still not received any response. it looks like Forum is a brkerage service without pursuing the clients grievances. I have renewed my insurance this time but will definitely look elsewhere for future needs.”

“Barry was meant to come and see me last August reference life insurance he must have got lost on route as I've not seen him yo discuss my request.”
