Technically I found Forum efficient and helpful in connection with my recent house & contents insurance renewal, but not as prompt in replying as previously, and I still await my policy documents etc following my payment of the renewal premium on 20 November.

It took exceptionally very long to get the first policy on 23 May, which was delayed for few weeks before we had our policy in place, that too without the Employer Liability certificate. We had to make lots of calls to resolve the issue. Mukeshbhai did his best to help. Thank you Mukeshbhai. We were issued a separate policy to resolve the Employer Liability insurance at an extra cost.
