“Took my payment but didn’t have in stock, I had to email and chase this up 7 days after ordering, then to wait a further 3 for refund. If not In stock state it or at least have decency to email and let no what’s happening.”

Hello. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, Forge have been working hard to keep up customer service, whilst keeping staff safe at all times. Because of this, there may have been delays in production as well as short delays in responses. We're working through this delay as quickly and safely as possible and are working on a live stock system at present
