Forge Motorsport was founded in 1996 with the simple ideals of innovation, clever design, and manufacturing to the highest quality.

In doing this, we have developed the largest range of replacement aftermarket valves, intercoolers, and actuators in the World.

Utilising a state of the art in house CNC machine shop, and a highly skilled team of dedicated engineers and fabricators, we supply Forge branded product worldwide, to our sister companies Forge USA in Orlando, and Forge Asia in Taichung Taiwan.

“Ordered intercooler from one of the Forge motosport retailers. Damaged during transport... One week later from this incident, I had brand new express delivered straight from Forge motorsport packed more secure and in flawless condition. That's a customer service as it's best! Products are also very high quality. I can only recommend.”

Awesome photo! We love this induction kit, and hope you'll enjoy for many more years to come. Remember, the foam filter should (as a rule of thumb) be serviced every 5-10,000 miles depending on the driving conditions. This will keep it in the best condition! - Esme, Forge Motorsport UK

“Would like to thank Alex and the team once again for their ''above and beyond'' customer service. I have purchased a few things from Forge Motorsport, dlivered to me in Sydney Australia and never once had an issue with products or shipping, my first purchase being a 'boost kit' back in 2020. From initial correspondence, with sales and management team, it was evident I was dealing with the right people. Fast forward to 2026 and I have had a small issue with a pipe from that initial order. Impressed with how those hoses have performed in the last 5 years, I made an enquiry to purchase a replacement. Woke this morning, less than 48hrs after my email to numerous messages from DHL and Sales manager, advising that a replacement hose has already been sent, tracking number & ETA received. Not one to normally write reviews but think this is more than warranted. You will need to go a long way to find customer service like this these days. Thanks guys, from a very appreciative Expat Pom”

“Excellent bit of kit! Relatively easy to fit following the instructions from Forge. Needed a wee bit of "jiggling" with the airbox to get into position, but once in, fits nicely! And looks good. Excellent mod in conjunction with Upper Airbox Induction Kit.”
