“Always good products - have been buying every month for some years. Once in a while there is a slip up on delivery with either missing goods or damage to packaging - but when this has occurred it has been dealt with promptly and efficiently - so I remain a satisfied customer.”

“I am happy with most of the products as they are of excellent quality except walnuts and cashews that seem to have a bit of stale smell a few times i bought. The product prices are a bit high. Also the packaging lately has a lot of air in them which can reduce the life of the products especially seeds and nuts. Their service is very good, been using them for over few years.”

“The foods are good quality especially jasmine rice, red lentils and 1kg cashews. However, the walnuts always taste bitter, the red kidney beans the colour washes away, the haricot beans take forever to cook - so these products could be improved. The delivery is eco friendly. The delivery company is very good. Rarely I have anything broken. I have never had anything missing. Most deliveries have been on time.”

“Good however I have now had two damaged orders and one took a really long time to get resolved. I would say that overall the products are great, and I like the quality. Just would be a bit better if they could resolve issues in a more timely manner”

“Very unusually, last time I ordered I received someone else's items, and I had to repack the box to give it back to the postie. By the time my order was delivered, my favourite item was o/s. My fault for being addicted to choc! Strangely Forest were also reluctant to offer me compensation for the messed up order, and I've waited a month now to give them a fair chance. I don’t like to be critical of Forest as I think they’re a great business.”

“Thank you for our delivery of 24 litre sojade soya milk cartons. They all arrived in good time and in good condition for a good price. My only issue is, that they were packed into oversized boxes and there was therefore an incredible amount of packaging, all be it eco friendly....which then turns into not so eco friendly!! This makes me wonder if I should order again from Forest Whole Foods, or try elsewhere.”

“All the foods i get from forest whole foods are great quolity, the only part id love for them to change is there packaging. thick paper bags, like a mini sack, over plastic would be great where posible. Many thanks and i will be coming back.”
