“When we received the parcels, both boxes were torn and had holes. Additionally, flax seeds were spilling out of them. You wrapped the package inside with stretch film, but the top of the bag was completely torn, and the contents had spilt out. In our previous orders, these products came in 5kg plastic bags. We had also encountered burst bags in those orders, but this time, a lot of product was wasted from this large paper bag.”
