“Forest Wholefoods have been extremely helpful throughout the purchase. They advised me initially about sizes and prices etc. The Royal Mail delivery was a bad let-down. Instead of bringing it to the door, they 'dumped' it in the long grass, near the road, at the end of my gravel drive, half a mile from the house. I am 75 and walk with a crutch at the moment, but I had to use all my strength and determination to pick up two 15kg boxes, from the ground with nothing to grab onto, (causing considerable back pain). I had to get them into the car as the boxes were cardboard and it was about to rain. I complained to Royal Mail immediately, but received no reply. However, when I reported what had happened to Forest Wholefoods, they were horrified, apologetic (although it was not their fault), and immediately raised a complaint with Royal Mail. I have since received a visit from the delivery driver with an apology. Full marks to Forest Wholefoods.”
