“Really pleased with the Organic porridge oats. The oats are very smooth. Will certainly be making a further order in the future. The only constructive feedback I would like to offer is the pick up service could be improved. I arrived to pick up the product, however no one answered the phone when I rang, as instructed on the door, so had to return to try again at a later time. Luckily I only live a few streets away, but wouldn’t have been too happy had I travelled a distance.”

“All products that I ordered arrived in a neat packaging within 3 days. The quality is great! Excellent customer service! That personal touch made a huge difference as I accidentally ordered one product twice and wanted to swap it with something else which they sorted for me without any fuss! My absolute favourite was Organic Buckwheat puff, Salt and Olive crackers, lemongrass and ginger tea leaf and Organic dark chocolate drops! Definitely purchasing from them again as I have my eyes on some of the nut mix and herbs!”
