“I used to get my quinoa from another supplier but stopped as the last few batches have been imperfectly flaked and hard to cook, so unable to use microwave. I have had recently had similar problems with brown rice - takes ages to cook, so presume it is due to problems with the crop (weather etc.) However this was fine and cheaper too!”
