We are regular customers and would normally rate the products 5 star. However this time in addition to our normal order we odered a 1kg bag of walnut halves. I have enclosed a photograph and it is clear to see that the halves are bits and pieces and crumbs and of no use whatsoever for 'snacking'. Very disappointing and we would not be purchasing these again or recommending to others.

I was expecting delivery 3 to 5 days so I order I was sent a message it will be delivered the next day I phone up Before it had been sent out and ask for it to be delayed for a couple of days because not at home. He said that’s ok I can delay it for a couple days did not listen still Sent it for next day delivery

Very good price for walnuts, but with quite a few shell bits in it.

Delivery has been very good. Even though it was by DPD which can be awful. Maybe I have just been lucky, but the parcel arrived without going astray, and delivery person was friendly. The only problem was he handed the box to me.. it was very heavy and I have a bad arm... he should have said it was heavy but in any case, in current situation he should have put it down at the door, knocked and stepped back.

DPD's official delivery process during this pandemic should be to place the parcel on the floor and take a picture so not to come into contact with our customers. Easy ordering Great products Unfortunately not happy with plastic packaging which is bad for quality of your great products That's why 3 stars otherwise would be 5

The produce is good but I would really like you to find ways of not packaging everything in resealable plastic bags.

Forest Whole Foods service was good, the order was processed and despatched in a timely manner. It was let down by the courier that you use. DPD failed to deliver to a University building that is open access during the day. After 2 failed deliveries the parcel was left at a drop off point in Manchester and we had to go in hunt of our product.

The box was damaged but goods were fine. It would be nice to have products in recyclable packaging. Also some kind of reclosable system would be helpful. Otherwise all good

We just wanted to let you know that most of our packaging is now widely recycled. You can peel off the label and drop your bags either kerbside or with the supermarket.
