Hi there, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you have decided not to drink the organic echinacea tea you have purchased from us. We handle various allergens on site, these include gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, celery and mustard. We have strict allergen management policies and procedures that we follow, however we cannot guarantee that any of our products have not had contact with other allergens, despite the measures we take. For this reason, every product we pack down comes with a 'may contain traces of gluten, tree nuts, sesame, soya, peanuts, celery & mustard’ statement. We reflect this allergy information on the listing on our website, and are sorry that this has been missed and for the confusion that has been caused.
