“My goods were not received on time as I was travelling with them. when delivery came I was not in the country. I got an email from the Royal Mail that they returned the package as I was not there but till now I have not received my refund. While I emailed them a while ago for an explanation and refund and no response too.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear about the issues of delivery on this occasion. We have checked and can see that your order was sent with Royal Mail. Having checked the tracking details, we can see that Royal Mail attempted to deliver this on two occasions and were sadly unable to reach you. They then held the parcel at your local delivery office for 20 days, for you to collect from the delivery office. As this was not collected, this has now been returned to us. In these situations, we wait for confirmation from our customer in case there is an issue with the delivery address provided or if people are away from the address. We have checked carefully and cannot see any message from you. Now that we have been made aware of this issue, we have messaged you to sort this out. Kind regards,
