I really love forest whole foods, the products are excellent quality and have long use by dates, the orders are sent promptly by good couriers. Would definitely recommend them.

I have been a customer of Forest Whole Foods (FWF) for the last 2 years and can confidentially say that my interactions have been incredible; what a great retailer to buy from. As an example, on my second last purchase, some items burst during delivery. After informing the FWF team they promptly responded with a suggested resolution and a subsequent purchase they included the same items. This was a very kind and thoughtful gesture and showed they value customer satisfaction. Additionally, the packaging team pay a great deal of attention to ensuring the items are well-wrapped, using ecological materials. I will continue (hopefully for many years) to purchase from them and recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I never received my order, its been 12 days. I should not have to pay the 48hr delivery charge either, if it does not arrive in time! I contacted them for a refund as it has now been too long but I have been fobbed off and told to wait. Not happy at all with this service even if it ends up being down to royal mail, I would still like my money back. I ordered on the 7th July it is now the 19th and I have received no product, and no refund.

Hi there Hayley, Thank you for your review and we are sorry that there were issues with the delivery of your order this time. We checked and can see that you requested our 3-5 working day shipping option, and are sorry that this order did not reach you in this time due to issues with Royal Mail. When you contacted us initially, we spoke with Royal Mail customer services team who advised that they were unable to start an investigation as the parcel was at the Mail Centre, due to the volume of parcels that Mail Centres handle, but they hoped that delivery would be made in the next few days, which we shared witih you. You have now let us know that this has not reached you within the timescale Royal Mail gave. As soon as we received your message, we immediately organised a full refund for you as requested, and naturally included the postage paid. Please accept our apologies for the issues with delivery of your order this time. Kind regards,
