Hi there, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that there are issues with the delivery of your order on this occasion. We have replied to your message and looked into this for you and have sent you both the delivery map and delivery photo that DPD have provided for the delivery of your order. In addition, we have started an investigation with DPD regarding the delivery of this parcel. “I ordered Organic Black Mulberries - 6kg on 26/12/2023. The product seems good not checked. The parcel reached in time. The Packing is really appauling, the Black Mulberries were just put in a cardboard carton and taped. We would expect since yo are a renound food company your food consumable products you would put it in a plastic bag and then pack it it a carton. The Black Mulberries are sticking to the cartoon cardboard inside and is exposed to all weather conditions and are exposed to all the chemical of the carton as its not sealed in a plastic bag. I hope to get a good explanation for this, as our future orders with your establishment will not happen if this standards is managed by you. - Thanks”

We can confirm that this product will normally have a food safe bag around the organic black mulberries in the BULK box which is missing on this occasion. As you have ordered a BULK pack from us, this comes directly from our supplier and is not opened by us, before being sent to our customers, which is why this has not been picked up from us.
