“Hi Forest, I really appreciate your items, so no quibbles there. Just to let you know that the courier has done a couple of things wrong. Namely the first time leaving the parcel outside the flats entirely. Only the caretaker took it in and made it safe. The latest time he just dumped it in the entrance, not even through the double doors inside. Both times the caretaker has taken charge and made the parcel safe. The first time, someone could just have walked off with it, noone any the wiser. The courier is asked to deliver the parcel right outside my flat front door. Many times they have done this correctly. Just these last 2 times they've messed up. Please tell them. They're not doing their job properly. Thanks for all the food. It's very precious. Best wishes Karen”

“My first order came with packets broken and rice and peas all over the place. On the next order, the goji berries had brownish-green patches which looked like mould, and they gave me diarrhea. On both occasions I wrote complaints and the complaints were completely ignored.”
