“Great selection of goodness. Great service. We buy regularly from Forest and it's never a problem if something goes wrong; a packet of seeds split by heavy handed couriers was replaced and when I forgot a load of things on my first order they combined a second order for a single delivery. Highly recommended.”

“Last time, I ordered several bags of nuts and seeds. When they arrived one bag had a split and the seeds pattered inside the box. I sent some photos of that and company kindly resent me a new one. I’m sure they are going to improve the packaging for secure delivery.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to fulfil the organic loose leaf tea in your order. We did message you as soon as we realised and before we sent the remainder of your order out to you. We organised a refund for the tea at the same time too. We are sorry that we did not have enough stock of the tea, as we monitor our stock levels carefully to try and ensure we have enough stock to fulfil our orders, but on this occasion demand exceeded our expectations for this product.
