“I have just placed an order stocking up on all my favourite organic products. Buying in bulk is slightly cheaper and that means my cipboards are full for longer. Great prices and a brilliant array of products to choose from. Great company to buy from. They come highly recoomended from myself.”

“There's something tough in one of the packets of nuts. I eat them everyday on oats and on two separate days have bitten into something very hard, it hurt my tooth. I told your customer service and they didn't really seem to care.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you found something hard in with the organic walnut pieces that you received. When you described the issue to us, we suggested that the hard piece may have been a piece of shell. Despite best efforts some fragments of shell can occasionally remain in this product, and for this reason we do mention that shell fragments may remain in the product on the listing for the organic walnut pieces. We apologised for the piece of shell and for any pain that had been caused. As mentioned, if you are able to send us a photo of the hard pieces, we can investigate this matter further for you. “Good quality dried foods, seem pretty fresh (e.g. nuts still have some moisture), love the honey and the coated ginger and really appreciate the packaging with their easily peeled labels making recycling more satisfying. Competitively priced”

“This is the third order I placed. Goods ordered were delivered quickly and on time. Its organic range of products make Forest Food stand out of competitors. Although it is slightly more expensive than Aldi, Lidl or Asda, the money you pay for a better quality worths it. If it can provide loyalty discounts for returned customers, it will make it even better and grow faster.”
