“Thanks- The 1Kg of very nice organic cocoa arrived safely & quickly. I am a regular customer for this item. Of course it would be better if we could get it in this quantity & price at local shops as on-line shopping is packaging heavy, can take time and has some risk of extra card charges. When you pay on-line or by phone by card (cardholder not present) you are also authorising recurring transactions and most people don't know that. We need the Treasury Select Committee (UK Parliament) to force the banks here to allow us to clearly select either single or recurring when we pay by card and for it not to be hidden away in Ts & Cs that with cardholder not present transactions we are in fact authorising recurring transactions. Most companies like this one are safe of course- but they don't have to be. I again reiterate this company is trustworthy and has never made any mistakes on my orders.”
