“Sadly no. My daughter, in Australia, organised the purchase and thought she was buying the powder which she uses. I am an OLD lady and can't cope with a branch of twigs!! Rowena”

Hi there Rowena, Thank you for your review and we are sorry that the organic marshmallow root was not as you hoped. Our organic marshmallow root is not a powder, and is chopped root, as shown in the photos for this product. We give the following useage instruction on the listing for this product, which we hope is helpful to you: 'Steep 2-3g in a cup of hot water for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy the marshmallow tea.' Please do contact our customer services team if we can be any further help with your order. Kind regards,

“I do a huge amount of shopping on Forest wholefoods. I am generally satisfied except for when I get occasional items with a very short expiry date, but I was told I can call to find out when items expire before buying.”

“I like Forest Wholefoods products. They are very ethical as well as being organic, which means a lot to me. I particulary like their teas, Assam and Earl Grey, which are exceptional loose leaf teas, both of which come from tea estates that have ethical back stories.”
