“Lovely produce as always but the carrier DPD are terrible. DPD said they had tried to deliver twice when they hadn’t, (we were in both times). They left it at a shop 7 miles away which was inconvenient for us. The box was destroyed and opened en route. Luckily the contents were intact.”

“Very disappointed ! I bought before , it was great quality but this time is totally poor quality . Rang the customer service , was told they have changed supply. They won’t give refund because I have opened it! So I have wasted £60 . Won’t buy again”

Hi there Ying, Thank you for your review. As mentioned on the phone, the Organic Dried Black Mulberries you bought are no longer infused with carrot juice like the previous versions. This is because we aim to have no added ingredients to our products as we like them to be natural as well as organic. The ingredients are clearly outlined on each product page and you will note this one only contains 100% Organic Black Mulberries. With regards to the Organic Hulled Millet, as mentioned, we cannot compare this to something you have bought in a supermarket as the origin/supplier etc will be different and cannot refund this item purely because the taste is not the same. In both instances, we cannot offer a refund as there is no fault with the product and the ingredients are outlined in the product descriptions. Kind regards, FWF Team
