“I’ve had difficulty finding good veg bouillon for soups from local supermarkets on a regular basis. After searching online , Forest Wholefoods appeared. Ordering was easy & product delivered quickly. Very tastey and easy to use, really cannot fault it”

“I think that I have wasted my money with Forest Foods as I purchased 4 Kg of Organic Aronia Berries but neither of the 4 x 1kg bags had any instructions about 1. How much to take each time? 2. How to take each time ie/with water, milk etc? 3. How often to take in 24 hours each day? Without your help in this direction, I dare not take any”

Hi there Abid, Thank you for your review. Organic dried Aronia berries are a dried fruit and you may eat as little or as much as you like. If you are eating them to obtain a certain nutrient that you require we recommended to use the nutrition table to calculate how much you need to eat to reach your RDA. “Have ordered several times and always packed well and no items were missing. Love the choice of chocolate covered snacks, and pleased its dark chocolate not milky. Will be coming back to re-purchase in future for sure. Look forward to new items like dark chocolate covered dates, figs , etc. would be really good!”

“We are very pleased with the products sold by forestwholefoods, the delivery was prompt and when there was an issue it was dealt with gracefulness and effectiveness. My grandchildren love organic gummy bears , as grandparents we like to be able to offer them something wholesome even when we treat them. I recommend this company wholeheartedly .”

“Used to love this company. But when you spend several hundred on an order and still, more than a week later, you've not heard a thing from them, and they force you to phone them up multiple times to find out what's going on, only to be told *someone* couldn't be bothered to process your order because one of their products lacked a barcode - well, never again! I've blacklisted them and will go elsewhere even if I have to pay more. And I'm taking the 7-8 other people I've directed towards them over the years as well. I hope it helps them get their act together, but I honestly doubt they care.”

We have looked into this carefully for you and can see that we processed your order initially within 3 working days, which would have reached you within the 5 working days which is given on the delivery option which you selected. However, you then called us to let us know that the address that was given for the order was incorrect. We managed to stop your order from leaving us and changed the delivery address for you, as requested. This unfortunately meant your order was a little delayed and was received by you a day later than our 5 working day delivery aim. It will be a shame to lose you but we hope you have a great weekend. “The food quality is good, and so is customer service. The courier did not deliver my order and Forest Whole Foods dealt with it quickly and on my request sent the replacement by Royal Mail, which is much more reliable in my area. Very satisfied with both the products and the company”
