“The website was well laid out and informative, the ordering process was simple and subsequent communication on delivery excellent. The food arrived, really well packaged, on day 3 of a tracked 2-5 days delivery service. From the tracking it had obviously been prepared and dispatched on the day the order had been received. Underneath the delivery wrapping, the rice was contained in a very sturdy multilayer paper sack, suitable for storage at home. Excellent service and really good quality food! 5 Stars, Thank you very much!”

“I ordered some hemp seeds which arrived damaged so i emailed support and sent a picture. Its been 2 weeks and still no reply. I’ve been ordering with them for years with no problem but it seems they can’t solve them when they arise. Would like to keep shopping with them as they’ve been reliable but now I’m out of pocket and haven’t got the product I ordered”
