“Good however I have now had two damaged orders and one took a really long time to get resolved. I would say that overall the products are great, and I like the quality. Just would be a bit better if they could resolve issues in a more timely manner”

“Very unusually, last time I ordered I received someone else's items, and I had to repack the box to give it back to the postie. By the time my order was delivered, my favourite item was o/s. My fault for being addicted to choc! Strangely Forest were also reluctant to offer me compensation for the messed up order, and I've waited a month now to give them a fair chance. I don’t like to be critical of Forest as I think they’re a great business.”

“Forest wholefoods seems to be a great company with great products. My only gripe is that none of the packaging has instructions for cooking nor portion size, which would be very helpful when trying out new products.”
