“I haven’t ordered for a while so I was a bit disappointed when I used the oil and also the was melt. The perfume/smell didn’t seem very strong at all”

“Thanks for requesting our comments. We have always been pleased with your service but since you sold the business I am afraid the same cannot be said. Responses to queries are very slow, errors on the web site are not rectified as promised and I did not receive any acknowledgement of my last order or notification that it was being processed or dispatched. Hopefully things will get back to where they were soon.”

I really appreciate your feedback as this will help us improve on the points you raised. We will do our best to live up to your expectations hope to get to grips with the new website and the system soon. As you can see from the rave reviews that we have an amazing range of wax melts which has brought joy and happiness to many homes and intend to continue doing that in the future.

“You have asked me several times for a review and I have resisted but as I have been pressed here it is Your service and delivery are first class but I thought the product was poor in comparison to the strength of the scent I experience from Yankee Candles. I appreciate your products are made with Soy Wax and I appreciate they are better for my lungs and certainly the ceiling but I like to smell the product and found yours wanting Sorry if you don't want to hear this but you pressed me. Thanks”

“Have several scents. I have found though that after a couple of days the aroma disappears apart from the Linen one.”
