Hi Lisa As per our email discussion with you, the burner you received was completely free. Our burners are made from ceramic and slight imperfections may sometimes occur. We have reviewed the photo you sent and we would not class this as unusable in any way In this scenario, due to it being a free gift (which we also covered the postage for), we're unable to exchange this for you. We have offered you a discount off your next order as an apology.
