Thanks for requesting our comments. We have always been pleased with your service but since you sold the business I am afraid the same cannot be said. Responses to queries are very slow, errors on the web site are not rectified as promised and I did not receive any acknowledgement of my last order or notification that it was being processed or dispatched. Hopefully things will get back to where they were soon.
