“The room sprays i have recieved this time are very cloudy and just look like dirty water. I have tried numerous times to contact the company with images of these 2 sprays but I have had no response to date. I am unable to use these products due to how dirty they look. I would be very grateful if a team member was to contact me to resolve this issue.”

“I ordered the scent of Embers & Fireworks, a delightful combinations of fragrances that remind me of bonfire night and the joy and wonder of a fireworks display. When coupled with a video of same it csn tske you away to a special place that has memories of my childhood and the wonder of November 5th.”

“Lovely scents, however I was sent the wrong order, the cost was about 1/2 of what I had ordered and only 4 scents in comparison to the 9 that I ordered. I've tried getting hold of customer services to correct this, but I've had no response. Seeing as I keep getting asked to review and it's been over 2 weeks, I thought I'd let you all know. Great company up until you have an issue.”

“All the wax melts I’ve purchased have been very good quality and they last for ages. My favourites are savage, fireworks and embers, I also have the beehive and owl burners, they look lovely when lit.”

“Delivered quickly. Arrived well packaged. Nice scents. Unfortunately, one of the diffuser bottle tops was broken, meaning the dropper was unusable. this makes it difficult to accurately measure the amount of oil used. Will not allow me to upload a JPG photo of the damaged bottle either.”

“Always quick delivery, the fragrances last for ages. Always plenty of choice and having the samples is a great way of finding out if you like them Just a pity the passion fruit martini isn’t produced anymore. Absolutely loved it. My favourite now is the fireworks and embers”

“The item that I ordered was not the item I received I contacted Forelo and had a response within a very short time They are rectifying the problem ,paying for the return and have given me some wax things I will certainly use them again as their products are really good quality and their customer support is exceptional Thank you Zak”
