“Lovely scents, however I was sent the wrong order, the cost was about 1/2 of what I had ordered and only 4 scents in comparison to the 9 that I ordered. I've tried getting hold of customer services to correct this, but I've had no response. Seeing as I keep getting asked to review and it's been over 2 weeks, I thought I'd let you all know. Great company up until you have an issue.”

I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and I truly apologise for the mix-up with your order. I've already asked my colleague to send out the correct wax melts you originally ordered, so they should be with you by now. As for the ones you received by mistake (worth over £12), please feel free to keep them as a little thank-you for your patience and understanding. “All the wax melts I’ve purchased have been very good quality and they last for ages. My favourites are savage, fireworks and embers, I also have the beehive and owl burners, they look lovely when lit.”

“Delivered quickly. Arrived well packaged. Nice scents. Unfortunately, one of the diffuser bottle tops was broken, meaning the dropper was unusable. this makes it difficult to accurately measure the amount of oil used. Will not allow me to upload a JPG photo of the damaged bottle either.”

“Always quick delivery, the fragrances last for ages. Always plenty of choice and having the samples is a great way of finding out if you like them Just a pity the passion fruit martini isn’t produced anymore. Absolutely loved it. My favourite now is the fireworks and embers”
