The room sprays i have recieved this time are very cloudy and just look like dirty water. I have tried numerous times to contact the company with images of these 2 sprays but I have had no response to date. I am unable to use these products due to how dirty they look. I would be very grateful if a team member was to contact me to resolve this issue.

I completely understand how concerning it must be to receive products that appear cloudy and look unusable. Lovely scents, however I was sent the wrong order, the cost was about 1/2 of what I had ordered and only 4 scents in comparison to the 9 that I ordered. I've tried getting hold of customer services to correct this, but I've had no response. Seeing as I keep getting asked to review and it's been over 2 weeks, I thought I'd let you all know. Great company up until you have an issue.

Hi Rhiannon, I just wanted to say a big sorry — our system let us down this time and we didn’t catch your email in time. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and I truly apologise for the mix-up with your order. I've already asked my colleague to send out the correct wax melts you originally ordered, so they should be with you by now. As for the ones you received by mistake (worth over £12), please feel free to keep them as a little thank-you for your patience and understanding. I love the owls but tried three different wax melts and no smell, thought it was me but my son said the same, very disappointed.
