“Great customer service. An item was missing when my order was delivered, I contacted them and the item was sent out straight away and arrived a couple of days later. Very impressed. Great service and great products.”

“Thanks for requesting our comments. We have always been pleased with your service but since you sold the business I am afraid the same cannot be said. Responses to queries are very slow, errors on the web site are not rectified as promised and I did not receive any acknowledgement of my last order or notification that it was being processed or dispatched. Hopefully things will get back to where they were soon.”

“The wax melts have a strong long lasting fragrance. Burn one at night and when go downstairs in the morning you can still smell the fragrance.”

“Always love forelo scents and got some for Xmas too for my daughter and son who also love and buy from you . My daughter loves la vie and got her si for Xmas and some for friends too. Haven’t used opium yet but love un lit . My go to wax melts as tried a few now but always go back to yours as the best . Love , love”

“One wax melt lasts me 3 months - even when used almost daily. The scents are always so lovely and exactly as described. My fave is the Earl Grey - makes my room smell fantastic. I only ever buy my wax melts from Forelo”
