“cancelled the policy and after 2 months still waiting for a refund and despite chasing them and getting lots of excuses for why they cant pay. they even sent me an email on 26 nov saying they had refunded - its now 6th december and no refund . terrible customer service”

Dear Mr Daubney, Apologies for your dissatisfaction in this matter. I have reviewed your comments. You have to appreciate that under FCA guidelines there are very striuct rules around client funds. Having said that 2 months is totally unacceptable as such I will review our internal processes to get the funds back quicker. Regards your second point, we actioned the refund on the 26th November 2020 in accordance with the advice we gave you. As you paid by card we are required to refund the money back to the same card inline with UK money laundering rules. If you can please check the account for which the card . “Works fine. Like being able to talk through requirement and pay via telephone. Don't like not getting letter with the documents. There is an assumption everyone has access to a printer.”
