“I want to commend Hitesh and Jason for their exceptional assistance in facilitating the replacement of my car windscreen. Their support was invaluable and greatly appreciated. However, the process was marred by communication issues between myself and the Autoglass Clinic here in Belgium. Forces Insurance had informed me that due to the age of my vehicle, I should anticipate a longer wait for an appointment from the Autoglass Clinic. Despite this, I waited a month without receiving any contact from the clinic and had to reach out to Forces Insurance for follow-up. Subsequently, I was contacted by the Autoglass clinic's main office and was assured of a call from a nearby branch that same day, which did not occur. This lack of follow-through continued into the following day. After several attempts by Forces Insurance to resolve the situation, they instructed me to proceed with payment directly at the clinic. Upon arrival, the branch was unaware of my prior arrangements and informed me that the windscreen would take a few days to arrive, contrary to the extended delay I had been led to believe. Fortunately, my windscreen was eventually replaced three days later without further issues. Nevertheless, the total duration of nearly two months for this process was significantly longer than anticipated. Throughout this period, Hitesh and Jason displayed remarkable patience and understanding, and I believe they were as frustrated with the situation as I was. Regards Mrs Birch”
