“We have had great experiences shopping both in store at Folk Exeter and on the website. We ordered a chair online which we are delighted with and delivery and communication were both excellent. Our instore experience was also excellent with staff going above and beyond to help with a query and chase our order. Would highly recommend both the website and store.”

“Excellent and speedy service. We had a problem with our delivery (broken mug in transit), rang Folk (on a Saturday, mark you) and a replacement was immediately sent out with next day delivery. Thank you Folk :-)”
