“Service and knowledge are both quite remarkably excellent and more importantly willingly given. I have even had, on many occasions, emails/texts for help late at night answered in detail within minutes. To avoid me having to take unpaid leave for a consultation they even arranged to open out of hours! There are not many organisations that will do that for their customers. Well done, it is easy to see why your business is flourishing.”

“Today I had a First Aid refresher and the system was very effective. The main speaker used the Rodger Mic and I used the pen for the group discussions. This was the first time I felt part of the full group within the session and could engage and participate. I find it effective in the car to use the system to communicate and listen to the people in the back and before using the Rodger Pen system wouldn't have been able to engage in conversation.”

“Why didn't I know of the Roger Pen ages ago, its been the best gadget for me.Its made my job so much easier and my confidence has grown.Its small enough to be discreet and powerful enough that I can hear someone talking way across the room. I can hear things I hadn't realised I was missing ie birds singing, the rain on the roof and people when they talk to me without constantly asking them to repeat.Just the best ever. James a mention for you as you were helpful and didn't make me feel like an idiot.Then the after care from the team second to none. Many thanks I have my life and my hearing back.”

“My Roger Pen has revolutionised my hearing experiences. I find it invaluable for making telephone calls, both landline (using adaptor) and mobile (using Bluetooth) - it is amazing how much I can now actually hear. One-to-one conversations where there is background noise are also a lot easier to make sense of (when one person is wearing Roger round their neck) but sometimes using it in group settings where there is a lot of background noise can be difficult as it picks up lots of sound which can be distracting and becomes too much to cope with at times. Listening to the television and music is great with excellent quality of sound; however it is challenging to hear other conversations at the same time (even when my hearing aids are set to 'FM + microphone'). Overall though it is an excellent bit of kit, despite the few drawbacks highlighted above.”

“The service provided has been excellent. The training was done on site and focussed to my own needs. The Roger Pen has made a huge difference to my ability to do my job well. I had not realised how much of a problem I was having until this product made things so much easier. Phone calls are no longer a major problem with the telephone adapter and hearing people on a busy waard is so much easier now. I would recommend this company and this product without reservations. “I work in a busy office and Access to Work paid for my Roger Pen which I use connected to a Mitel telephone extension. Without the pen I struggle to hear callers and always end up saying "its a very bad line, can you speak louder please" but with the pen I can hear clearly and it has greatly improved my confidence. In meetings I place it on the table and it is a great help, providing the attendees are disciplined and not trying to speak over one another! I have been so impressed with the system that I have bought one for my own use at home. I often go out to dinners and with all the background noise it is usually impossible for me to hear the person sitting next to me but with the Pen placed on the table between us I can have a civilised conversation.”

“Great personal attention and service from Paul Minikin who is obviously totally involved in his work. Any queries are answered in full and equipment delivered on time in good condition with detailed instructions on setting up and use. Good website with plenty of information and useful videos. Responses to email messages were particularly fast no matter what time day or night! Any problems with equipment will be personally dealt with and sorted out by Paul as quickly as possible”

“The Roger Pen is "EXCELLANT and FIRST CLASS" It is magic for use of the land line phone, however I cannot comment on a mobile phone as i do not own one yet. It is Fantastic at meetings at work, Also Brilliant for hearing the television when plugged directly into the set top box (ie VIRGIN / SKY) Only owned it 4 months, and would not be without it, I have tried other assistive technology, but nothing compares to this. I received first class training on the equipment to set it up, and get me going. My hole journey with this has been very remarkable, and I cannot recommend it enough to customers that may be a little ambivalent. "Give yourself a treet and begin to enjoy some real quality of life, the gift of being able to hear perfectly, with the help of little old ROGER" Please don't hesitate as i am sure you will live to regret it!!”

“When I was told I was losing my hearing and I had to wear hearing aids I wondered whether or not I would be able to continue in my role in a call centre taking telephone calls. The headset I originally wore was uncomfortable sat on my hearing aids and I searched for equipment that would help me in the job to do this. I came across the Phonak Roger pen and when I first saw it, I wasn't quite sure on how it would work. It was ordered, arrived and i was asked to visit the audiologist to ensure the right settings were on my hearing aid. A lovely member of staff came to fit it to telephone equipment and ensure I was aware of how it would work and what settings were available. Since then it has opened up a whole new world at work. I am able to continue in my job, I am also able to take it to team meetings and briefings as it can be worn round the neck of the speaker so that I would be able to hear them and not background noise. Also I have been told that it can be plugged into speakers for radio and tv but have not yet tried this. I can hear from up to 10 metres away and when I receive a call it goes directly into my hearing aids which can confuse people as they don't realise that I am on the phone. It would be beneficial for a wireless microphone to be used rather than wearing the headset around my neck to gain microphone access, but I love it!”

“I purchased the Phonak ComPilot II to use as a remote for my Phonak Hearing aids and after my Audiologist paired them to my Aids I did not look back. I then purchased a Phonak TV Link for my main Television. The TV Link changed my life, I could hear the Television perfectly, so much so that I could hear all the background noises in dramas. How long has it been that I have not heard these noises. I then purchased another TV Link for my other Television, brilliant technology. I then wanted to sort out other difficult situations like meetings at work. I contacted FM Hearing Solutions to find the best setup for the Roger Pen, they guided me brilliantly and I now have a Roger Pen and Receiver that links into my ComPilot II. What a set up brilliant in hearing clearly in meetings at work. I am now enquiring about telephones for home to help me on the phone. FM Hearing Solutions have been very prompt in their replies, the goods always turned up next day and of course as they are for personal use I get the goods VAT free. Brilliant service and I would recommend them to provide a brilliant service. Thank you.”
