“When I called, Shaun was very helpful in pointing me at the specific piece of equipment that I required. My order was placed later on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday morning. I had a follow-up e-mail to inform me that my order was received, another whenit was packaged and despatched. FM Hearing couldnot have been more helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of auxilliary equipment for hearing aids.”

“Very helpful service prior to order being placed, answering various questions that I had about the Roger Pen. Once the order was placed, delivery was quick and the instructions to set up the pen and receiver were all good. I have now used the Roger Pen for a week and it's certainly making a difference - whilst driving, I can now hold a conversation with a passenger, something which has been very difficult up to now, and also placing it on a table in a restaurant has meant that I can keep up with and take part in conversations.”

The audiologist that visited me was very friendly and ensured I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Since using my Roger pen, I have noticed a massive difference in how good my hearing is now and have not regretted this at all.”

“I just love my Roger touchscreen mic!It's so fancy but most of all it helps me hear better and i could lower and higher my hearing aids just by adjusting the Easygain. How cool is that!Phonak and Roger are actually helping people and children hear for more than 70 years!”
