“Flooring arrived quickly but 1/5 of it was not delivered. Contacted seller and the sent rest of order next day....no quibbling. My floor fitter laid the floor and it is beautiful.”

“I am pleased with the new floor in my en-suite bathroom. The overall effect is a little darker than I had expected. I realised there would be variations over the whole area, but the contrast between the lightest and darkest parts is greater than expected from the sample - it would have been helpful to receive a slightly larger piece.”

“Flooring UK were great, but the product we bought (grey coloured coconut matting, off the role) wasn't so good. After a month of use the fibres continue to pop out all over the shop, and sometimes leaving some very noticeable holes (they tend to 'cover over' with further wear, but the threads just keep on coming!). So, great company/supplier, but on this ocasion the quality is not quite there and we retrospectively wish we'd bought the more expensive product we saw on sale from a competitor.”

“My order was placed over the easter weekend so I wasnt expecting a rapid response , however our order was delivered the day after the bank holiday, so very good on delivery. I have knoked a point off because I had no communication between order and delivery , but this could have been down to the easter break. Was the best price I had found as I have used this brand of vinyl solid core flooring previously and would reccommend this product .”
