“I ordered a part to go direct to site, the part stated it was in stock and would be delivered within 1-3 days. it didnt arrive 6 days later and when i called and expressed my frustration at the item not arriving when i had a service engineer on site the customer service girl laughed at me, although this has cost my compnay hundred of pounds. customer service is in the toilet. I will never use these people again.”
