“The product received was of a very high quality, was well described and sympathetically packed. Will definitely use your services again. The only issue was that the postage cost was very high for such a small item, and despite the high charge for delivery the item took longer to arrive than was qouted and expected.”

“Very strong handrails. These handrails look good and provide a secure and firm hand hold. However, the product that was delivered was not as illustrated on the website which meant they didn't fit exactly as I expected. Despite this discrepancy the product works well and I was able to adapt to fit. There weren't any fitting instructions and a string of emails before purchase didn't really answer my very precise questions about fitting. The price on the website next to a photo of two handrails was in fact for one handrail and the additional VAT and delivery increased the cost by over £100. Delivery was within a few days but a promised delivery notification didn't materialise. I was pleased with the result but frustrated in the process.”

Hi Tom, We're sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service you received from Flocon. However, we’re a little confused with the feedback you’ve provided. We did offer you advice on how to return the parts that you ordered incorrectly, and also explained that you would receive a full refund upon their return to our warehouse. We then advised you to re-order the items that you required in the correct size that you needed them in. With regard to the cost of returning the items, this would be whatever your chosen courier/royal mail costs would be, Flocon would not charge you to return the items. I understand that you feel that our carriage fee is unreasonable at the standard £15, but this cost is clearly displayed at the check- out on the website, and you were able to cancel the sale process at this point if you felt that the charge was excessive. Again, we apologise that you felt our service was unsatisfactory. The Flocon Team.
