“Ordered a pressure regulator on-line. Unfortunately the wrong regulator was sent. I emailed the sales office and Mark arranged for the correct valve to be sent out. You only find out how good a companies service is when somthing goes wrong. Great service and we will be using you again.”

“Not happy with service was supposed to receive goods within 1 to 2 days instead it took 2 weeks. Had to get the fittings from another supplier due to the long wait.”

Hi Jason, We're very sorry that your goods were not delivered within two days as the website specified. You should have received a call from a member of our sales team to explain that the parts would be overdue and then given you the opportunity to cancel your order. We will re-iterate to our sales team the importance of communicating with our customers should there be a delay with delivery times, ensuring that this doesn't happen again in the future. Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. Kind regards, The Flocon Team

“After ordering items from various companies, I always expect to receive a feedback k review to complete. This company is one I couldn't wait to review. From ordering to receiving my product the experience was very easy and was kept up to date about dispatch and delivery times. The unbelievable part of my purchase was not only was the item of exceptional quality but I received it in less than 24hrs from ordering. It sounds like I work for this company but honestly I don't, but I shall have no hesitation.in dealing with them again Well done Chris P”

“Delivery charges are outrageous!”

“We had an internal high level hot water pipe leaking. Needed a 4" pipe clamp in quick time . Product was delivered within 48 hrs. Really quick service. Clamp did the job.”

Helpful Report

“My requirement was a bit unusual as I wanted the clamps to fit a new old stock motorcycle rack to my bike. It was hard to find the right thing. The only alternatives were in China and frankly cost just as much and probably would have taken weeks to get here. The quality of the Flocon items is very high and I'm sure they'll do the job for me and will probably last the lifetime of the bike. I have only one criticism in that the minimum postage was high for just a few clamps.”
